It's not a "problem" per say, it's just weird that some of our terminology is vulgar slang and some is academic terms.
Granted at this point I don't think anything will be done about it since it's such an old and big tag, but I do think its weirdly inconsistent.

As always, nothing will be done about it, because it's just a discussion with no real goal. If we want to see what the userbase thinks, there should always be a simple BUR.

Actually, those ridiculously scientific tag names get ridiculed every now and then, because more often than not nobody actually calls them that. Often it's just a hassle to find an appropriate replacement so it's left as-is.
