Do we have a tag for the meme? If so, I feel it would be more valud to have a meme tag, even if it's an old meme.

Decanting and "Pouring liquid from a great height or in an improbable manner" are two different things.
I personally associate the term more closely with the process/ceremony of opening a wine bottle.
I would call this tag a "long pour" which is a bartending term for pouring a liquid from a distance to impress

The spelling helps reinforce the idea that it is distinct from mundane usage (in the way it frequently fails, or succeeds in ways that violate the laws of physics). Similarly, salt bae (meme) isn't sprinkling salt (meme).
