Is there any way to remove an image from the "My Uploads" section of "My Account"?
I was checking howto:twitter because am image I wanted to add was failing to upload and accidentally pressed the example add link, and now I have a random cat picture in that section that I didn't intend to add.

No, but you can hide uploads from the page with an userscript by Nameless Contributor available under the functional section in about:userscripts.
