Merge two F-5 Freedom Fighter/Tiger II tags into one

BUR #25947 has been rejected.

The F-5E Tiger II is a variant of the F-5 Freedom Fighter, and barely has any distinctive difference compared to the F-20 Tigershark (that can be distinguished by wing root extension and flattened nose). So I suppose that these tags should be combined to avoid confusion.

It is exactly the same plane with only internal differences and different names.
