I know the relatively unknown character isn't doing it any favors, but it seems fully comparable to other works by the artist and I don't see anything at all wrong with it from a quality perspective.

Bullshit. The character's obscurity is irrelevant, the fact that it's a bland CG, drawn by someone who's never seen real boobs and JPEG'd is. I hate it when people don't get the moderation process, then say "I know XYZ ain't helping, but...". No you don't, stop making up cargo-cult explanations.
...And of course someone approved it.
I didn't notice the jpeg artifacts, in that case you can just delete it. Though I don't see what makes it anymore "bland CG" than say, post #538385 or post #530006; the two other most recent images by the same artist. Speaking of which, the artist is female, so I'm not sure how valid your "never seen real boobs before" argument is. And as another person with a pair, I don't see anything particularly physics-defying about them, either.
Please don't take this the wrong way, I know you guys work hard to uphold quality standards and I respect you a LOT for it. I just don't see why you felt the need to be so hostile.

Deleted. Reason: Guro, see TOS.
TOS only forbids "extreme mutilation, extreme bodily distension, feces, or bodies that are far outside the realm of normal human proportion" and nothing of that is depicted here. Plus, the pencilwork's great.

Note the date. The ToS wasn't established 2 years ago as it is now. In the beginning, Danbooru was extremely lassez-faire until it collapsed. Making commentary based on old posts is sort of meaningless since you are comparing apples to oranges.
Also, you wouldn't consider shoving a four inch wide post up your rectum and out your mouth extreme mutilation? I think the majority of forensic pathologists would disagree.

I don't know any forensic pathologists, but mutilation implies either disfigurement or amputation, and neither of them are depicted. Anyways, I don't want to derail the thread, no further comments from me.
