BUR #27386 has been rejected.
deprecate light_green_background
Simply nuking or aliasing it will not work. This has been used on various background colours, even for those that doesn't appear green at all such as post #7682324 (closer to aqua), post #7013905 (yellow), even post #7439565 (grey).
Requested deprecation to prevent repopulation and easier cleanup.

For the similar reason as the first BUR. This has been used on stuff that don't even appear green, such as post #6685141 (closer to blue) or grey post #7305248.
The green of post #7692413 is not that dark.

create alias light_green_background -> green_background
create alias dark_green_background -> green_background
Just aliasing them to the main tag.
