Megami Tensei fandom page uses Tomiyama, and it sure sounds like "Tomiyama" to me in her trailer.

It's not much better of a source than Fandom but Pixpedia is on team Tomiyama.

Also, there are several real people named Tomiyama with those kanji, such as this politician (Tomiyama Keiji.)

The weird thing is that all the promotional material like the trailers romanizes it as Toyama Kayo.

I'll approve this for now because tohyama seems to also be wrong, but this might need a second look.
