I don't know why we're still using "Girl" to tag her. I think it's pretty well known that her name is Alice even to those who haven't played the game. Hans is arguably a bigger spoiler and yet we tag him by his actual name so there is no actual purpose to continue using "Girl".
The first two results for "Deemo Girl" on Google are the wiki page for "Alice" and the official site for the movie where she also appears as "Alice".
