Gyaru Peace and Gyaru V alias

create alias gyaru_peace -> gyaru_v

Gyaru Peace, ギャルピース, 갸루피스 is the actual name for this pose, creating an alias so that anyone not familiar with danbooru terminology can find it easier.

Should there be a distinction between the one and two-handed versions of this, like v and double v?

I don't think we should have the double_gyaru_v tag. gyaru_v + double_v covers it, and also covers the situation where someone makes a normal v with one hand and a gyaru_v with the other.
Gyaru_peace being aliased to gyaru_v would be covered already too.
