The bulk update request #24541 (forum #273717) has been approved by @nonamethanks.
No, it's not. The reasoning is nonsense, factually untrue (3finger_hand is not an another name for fewer digits, only implies it), and the result is clearly bad: it only throws away good tagging.
Undo this BUR, and retag the pictures with 3finger_hand.
