Rename characters from Astral Party

BUR #26803 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

rename craig_fanning_(astral_party) -> fanny_(astral_party)
rename koi_(astral_party) -> ren_(astral_party)

All character (re)names are taken from it's wiki page at https://astralparty.miraheze.org/wiki/Main_Page.

You can make a chartag by typing preceding the tag with "character:" or "char:" for exmaple "char:haiqing_(astral_party)"

How about the rest of the rename?

I'm not familiar with this IP, but at a glance it looks fine. You can also remove the third line from your BUR by clicking where it says "BUR #26803" and then clicking "Edit"
