I think we should just use strap pull for these. There are other parts of bikinis & panties you can grab that aren't the straps, but they're far fewer.

We also have bikini bottom pull and bikini top pull... and strap lift.

strap pull and strap lift are too generic. It could mean a panty strap or a shirt strap. They apply to enough different pieces of attire that they're useless tags.

Someone lifting a spaghetti strap shirt by the straps is completely different from lifting a bikini or thong by the straps.
