Mole implication 3

create implication mole_above_eye -> mole
create implication mole_on_crotch -> mole
create implication mole_on_chest -> mole
create implication mole_on_forehead -> mole
create implication mole_on_collarbone -> collarbone

Imply a mole to tags with a mole.
Also, I think that mole_on_collarbone are used only with visible collarbone. (Not like mole_on_ass where it can be with ass_visible_through_thighs, but we don't tag ass)

You're probably right about collarbone but for pussy you get stuff like post #7109818 (nsfw duh), and the crotch tag is meant for really crotch-focused images, which would have to be tagged on a case-by-case basis.
