create alias cosmonaut -> astronaut
For some reason, there are no "cosmonaut" alias for the astronaut tag, despite the wiki mentioned it as the alternate name of the tag. While "cosmonaut" is generally restricted for Russian/Soviet astronaut, it's still common enough for someone to try searching for it, so I think it should be added as an alias.
