Rename and deprecate holding_hair in favour of holding_own_hair

create alias holding_hair -> holding_own_hair
remove alias holding_hair -> holding_own_hair
deprecate holding_hair

When someone holds their own hair in their hands (as opposed to holding another's hair).

The wiki for holding_hair says so. We already have properly-named holding own hair for such action, while it's still being underpopulated (628).
For things like post #7129152 or post #5591149, I propose holding_severed_hair

BUR #25795 has been rejected.

Instead of deprecating it, make them both imply holding hair. This allows for a tag for niche cases. Can't add the implication before this goes through either way.

If this goes through then:

imply holding_own_hair -> holding_hair
imply holding_another's_hair -> holding_hair

This needs a lot of cleanup: holding_hair holding_another's_hair has 300+ posts. holding_hair -solo -holding_another's_hair has another 2.2k posts and I see a lot of mistags in there.

There's also grabbing_another's_hair and grabbing own hair.

This bulk update request is pending automatic rejection in 5 days.

I just did holding_hair holding_another's_hair and up to page 20 of holding_hair -solo -holding_another's_hair

Up to page 50 now and I'm done. If somebody else wants to take a crack at it be my guest.

Cleanup done. holding hair -holding_another's_hair is now all holding own hair.
Well, I'm sure I missed a few, but I think (hope) it's at an acceptable level of accuracy.
