Isaac_(screwballcomic)'s entry should be kept, doesn't seem like they still go by Isaac E so I'd suggest to keep the tag as is or update the qualifier.

"screwballcomic" is a comic isaacchief300 used to work on, the tag as is indeed would need an updated qualifier since it looks like a character tag, but they're all the same artist, I don't see why have separate entries, so this update isn't necessary if aliasing is done.

As per the guidelines, we usually name arttags after the artist's most common screen name and keep the older entry active. Sorry for my wording, what I meant was that isaac_(screwballcomic)'s history should be kept, since the current request would delete it. I'd suggest to name the final tag as isaac_e, maybe add a qualifier, but doesn't seem like they go by this name anymore, other options are isaac + a qualifier, isaac_grinder or the current handle, which may change again.
