Same artist. If you follow the outdated sources of post #5673118 and post #6588675, it will auto-change to the same Twitter account showing the connection.
There was also an ambiguously named artist entry from 2022 left with urls. Meribel sounds as ambiguous as Maribel for me, but the only almost conflicting tag for now is meribe.
