forum #46810 explains how to move entries out of the way to preserve the history. You can also manually rename one with the other's name before approving the BUR, swapping the artist entries instead of renaming one to something else. More than half of the edits in kuro-hero's entry is updating urls, kuro_kosyou might be newer but it has more important edits imo.
