Seems like it would be a decently sized fetish. I changed the bur for them to imply bikini pull.

I see no reason to have a tag encompassing "pulling a bikini top or bottom", for the same reason we don't have "underwear pull" or somesuch. If somebody wants to search for either of the two they can use a disjunctive search.
