@Nameless_Contributor Since you created the alias (forum #273699), can you verify they are the same artist? They claim they are not in forum #277854.
Edit: Looks like the user changed the source on post #7208337. The manner in which it was changed (changing only the account name in the URL and nothing else) seems to support the idea of the artist trying to delete their history as suggested below. I'll go ahead and reject this BUR.

They are, it's the same Twitter account. The ArtStation account, Pixiv posts and old posts on Twitter were deleted, I'm pretty sure their intention is to delete their history, but it's better to try to ask them.

Duplicate. The artist says they're called Meoksal in one site and it's written "muk sal" in their YouTube banner, but they use MUKSAL everywhere else.
EDIT: I didn't notice BUR #25416 when I made this. I asked NPEE to edit their BUR so I'd reject this one, but looks like they misunderstood. I edited the request now after approving BUR #25457.
