I've been looking into Chinese artworks quite a bit recently, and noticed a certain trend - artworks which are covered near-completely in watermarks, a lot of which seem to be more aesthetic than actually for protection from theft. I gathered some in favgroup #30569, but I'm not sure what this tag could be called or if it's even a viable tag concept.
I personally wouldn't mind a tag, given you got a good four pages of that favgroup there, not to mention these watermarks are not only aesthetic, but much more invasive than a regular watermark, for instance.
Just dunno what to call it. I came up with aesthetic watermark, but I think that name has the risk of being misleading.

Stamp_watermark maybe, seeing as many of the watermarks have little images and details/embellishments like a stamp?

Since this tag is relatively established now, it should imply "too many" like the rest of the too many tags (like too many cats).
I think there should be an additional tag for the aesthetic that the original fav group was going for. How about aesthetic watermark, watermark aesthetic, or watermark filter?
post #8078787 looks very different aesthetically from post #7263372. Former is invasive and random while latter is aesthetic and less? random.
Most of the other "too many" tags seem to be there to indicate an abundance of objects or animals in the image itself, while watermarks are more of a protective measure for commissions and such, more of a meta thing, so I don't think it makes a lot of sense to treat too many watermarks same as other too many tags.
I think we should just start getting rid of too many in favor of more restricted scopes, like too many animals, too many hair ornaments, etc. No point in having an umbrella tag like this, it gives us zero search utility.
