Change category of risky_brothers_zombies to character

BUR #25268 has been rejected.

category risky_brothers_zombies -> character

They are characters in One Piece.

You can just do it yourself by adding "char:" before the tag (e.g.: char:risky_brothers_zombies). No need for a BUR. I already did it for you.
