Windows XP MCE

Do we really need a tag for XP MCE on Danbooru? Looking at the posts tagged with it, it looks like it's an OS-tan version of XP MCE called もせ子さん (literally MCEko-san). Given how both XP Professional and XP Home have representation in XP-tan and XP Home-tan (and sub-variants), it probably makes sense to give MCE an OS-tan chartag instead.

A similar case: windows media player, wmp. Some tags are not meaningful and can be removed because they are not meaningful for search.

Windows XP MCE is literally just Windows XP with Windows Media Center, IMO it shouldn't be a separate tag at all, but it can work as an alias

As it turns out, XP MCE-tan was already a tag.

Yeah, perhaps this is better, especially because windows_xp_mce, the tag, is not used that much.
