It looks like rirumu is already an artist tag name, so both probably need to be qualified. I'd suggest editing the bur to:
rename rirumu -> rirumu_(sweet-cake) rename riruma -> rirumu_(wagamama_fairy_mirumo_de_pon!)

It only had four posts, so I moved them all to rirumu (mirumo de pon!) manually. This matches three other tags for the same series.
Here's a BUR to rename the copyright to the manga series' actual Japanese name. (wagamama [...] is the anime title only, and missing a colon)
