BUR #25196 has been rejected.

Bobbles is the incorrect word. A bobble is a ball of fuzz on a hat; a bauble is a glassy or metallic orb. I don't even know what bobbles is supposed to be.
Bobble can be used to refer to any type of hair tie in british english (Wikctionary Cambdrige), but if you google "hair bobbles" still get plenty of results of the specific type of beaded hair tie we refer to.
Another issue is bauble means any kind of small trinket/decorative thing beyond the UK's glassy/metallic orb definition. Which does reflect in searching hair baubles as you'll get plenty of non-ball results or the reverse you'll get hair ornaments that non-hair ties that feature the Christmas ornament dangling from them.
"hair bobbles" search gives around 1.45m results (mix of all styles of hair ties)
"hair baubles" search gives around 22.3k results (mix of hair ties, Christmas themed hair ornaments, and hair accessories with beads)
The bulk update request #25196 (forum #276676) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
