Making Twitter banner a more universal tag

BUR #25167 has been rejected.

There's a lot of sites that artisst use that could have potential nice banners, some with unique art or variants on them that are worth posting

But the only tag we have for those uploads is Twitter banner right now and it seems excessive to create a new tag for every site out there so I'm suggesting we widen its usage to include other sites by giving it a more general name.

After some quick discussion on the discord these two names sounded the most reasonable. Pick the one you prefer or suggest another name below.

Why not have it imply social media banner instead for the above reason? if other platforms become big enough they can get their own tag too.

I think having separate tags for usernames is useful because it tells you where you can find the artist by that name, which is often a different site than the source.
Having different tags for social media banners is useless because the source already point to the site in question.

I don't see the point in the pixiv tag. It's just a random picture from the artist that they used as BG. If you look at the sizes there's not even any standard resolution. It's just padding for the sake of padding.

At least for twitter it's always a wide image, but even then we have wide image already.
