Since arknights has female doctor implicating doctor, why not umamusume? I feel like it's self explanatory.

He is a trainer, so post's with him should be tag with trainer (umamusume) too.

Btw Arknights has female AND male doctor implicating doctor; whereas there is no male_trainer tag that I can see for umamusume so it's not exactly the same situation, but there seems to be loads of different trainer tags?

It's more similar to Producer (Idolmaster), ala topic #18414, in so far as there are several canonical trainers that appear in the extended media of Umamusume (who are distinct from the IRL trainers), though none of them are the trainer in the same way the player is relative to the game, overarching all the horsegirls, just the trainer for their specific team or similar, since you know, you're horseracing (in contrast to how Idolmaster has had various Producers who fill in that role in extended media, including the androgynous Producer (Idolmaster Side-M)).
