rename takenoko_no_sato_(food) -> takenoko_no_sato
The only reason why this tag has a qualifier unlike its counterpart Kinoko no Yama is because 14 years ago, the name was used for an artist tag, something which hasn't been the case for 12 years. Searching Takenoko no Sato online unambiguously gives you the sweet snack, so it's high-time we removed the unnecessary qualifier this tag has.
