I'd name them shiroha_(ll2358132134). If a name is already taken or is ambiguous, you add a qualifier to make it unique, ideally with a handle.

I was checking Chinese artist entries when I noticed Twitter reposts by the account on aoi_(buzhuen444)'s entry, they always post the original source of the images. I'm pretty sure the account is just a reposter unrelated to the artist, but posting here before I do something.
EDIT: I removed the Twitter links. I'm not sure if post #4114474's original Weibo source is a second or third party (for reference, https://www.weibo.com/2120829614/JlQqdpqeE was posted the same day by the actual artist).

The alias could be reversed to dao_(xinjinjumin), but their Twitter screenname is 手足. How can 手足 be romanized and is Lofter or Twitter preferable in this case?
