They share a name that's pronounced the exact same in Japanese (マッチ坊/マッチ房). A few sources from rule34.paheal.net are "http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=120347", or macchi-bou's ID. One of these, post 244390, are tagged machbow. That's how I put the two together, but I still lack evidence: Saucenao's infolookup doesn't have records for macchi-bou's gallery. Thus the only reference points are as follows:

Rule34.paheal.net's sources and tagging.

Condensed version: Same artist, same name kind of. Sources from another site confirm this to be the same artist by style similarity/pics we don't have uploaded. Check this search, and machbow's tagged posts on paheal to verify.
