Most unworn_* tags have already implied their respective apparel, except unworn eyewear.
Feel free to propose an alternative in case the administration team prefer all of these merged/aliased into the parent unworn hair ornament (except unworn hairband where hairband itself does not imply hair ornament.
We don't have "holding_hairclip" as well.
