Chupa Chups seems to have been unquestionably implied back in 2010, in topic #4618, which seems to suggest that the main context for implying the brand to lollipop was to use the brand name as a representative of the three-dimensional round lollipop they're known for. You can tell this is the case because you can find several posts using this tag despite the lollipop in question not having that ridge Chupa Chups are known for having (ex. post #7180876, post #6847046, post #6828908, post #6529503, post #6482700), though said ridge has probably been genericized at this point so that alone can't serve as an indicator of Chupa Chups.
So if we want to properly deal with this issue, we need a new tag that serves this same role, akin to shaped lollipop and swirl lollipop.
Would round lollipop be a good tag for them? There's also the term "sucker" that I see get used to refer to these kinds of lollipops, but I'm not a big fan of the idea of a sucker (lollipop) tag.

Sucker isn't a good term, given that it isn't exclusive to those kinds of lollipops, it's basically just synonymous with lollipop. Round lollipop is a step forward, but it has a dimensional ambiguity to it, since a round lollipop could just as much refer to a Chupa Chups-style lolly as much as something like these or Tootsie Pops, because they're also principally round.
