Twitter Upload Error

Anyone has problem with uploading from twitter? It keeps giving the error that says there's no image from the link but there is. After a while, it does work normally again but it's annoying when the error happens.

Yes, I've had that multiple times yesterday on mobile. Worked when I got on my laptop later.
