Alright, so I think this is the best I can come up with when it comes to the very-Indo-coded costumes. ID Gen 1's 2nd costumes are all fairly traditional in dress, but they're such that you can imagine them being used in casual contexts like going out with your galpals, so following the (*_casual) we're got developing, I coined (indonesian_casual). Ollie and Kobo's dresses are a lot more distinct in contrast; while the latter is also supposed to in that sort of 'street casual' fashion, it's a lot more out-there in contrast to ID Gen 1, and Ollie's literally a bridal dress, so I decided the two of them should get (indonesian_dress).
Kaela meanwhile, ID Gen 3's 3rd costumes are all supposed to be casual to some extent (see Kobo's shorts in her costume), so I think going with (business_casual) makes the most sense, since without the costume's cape I think it falls into that category.
