What's the policy regarding uploading from third-party source artworks of artists that deleted their twitter/pixiv or possibly even their entire online presence? Is uploading their works still allowed?
Also make sure that it's from a good quality source, there are some third-party sources that are better than others. And probably explain in the comments that the first-party source is no longer available, if you know where the (deleted) original post is you can also link it.
