The Vtuber Alternate Costume Tagging Proposal

Speaking of Okayu's new outfit, what should it be called? Seems like the model will be used mostly for members-only stream so mayhaps something like nekomata okayu_(membership) ?

Yeah, (membership) would probably make sense. If we wanted it to have a more "naturalistic" name, something like (premium) could work, but we have no reason to obfuscate what the intended use of the costume is - a members-only costume (that had an initial public showcase, to draw folks in to member).

create alias akai_haato_(2nd_costume) -> akai_haato_(casual)
create alias amane_kanata_(6th_costume) -> amane_kanata_(punk_rock)
create alias watson_amelia_(2nd_costume) -> watson_amelia_(street_casual)
create alias tsunomaki_watame_(5th_costume) -> tsunomaki_watame_(loungewear)
create alias natsuiro_matsuri_(loungewear) -> natsuiro_matsuri_(matsuri's_day_off)

Meanwhile, following on from my previous proposal post, these are likely fine enough. Additionally, a descriptive utility alias for Matsuri's loungewear, given that I imagine the number of folks who know it under the Azur Lane costume name is steadily dwindling.

BUR #23037 has been approved by @nonamethanks.

create alias irys_(4th_costume)_(hololive) -> irys_(gamer)_(hololive)
create alias irys_(school_uniform)_(hololive) -> irys_(gamer)_(hololive)
create alias irys_(gamer)_(hololive) -> irys_(gaming_casual)_(hololive)

Obligatory numbered and additional descriptive aliases for IRyS' new costume, as well as a rename proposal. Putting aside its generic hashtag name of "AttireRyS", I think (gamer) isn't descriptive enough for its mix of school uniform and what she calls a gamer coat. (gaming_casual), while not that much more descriptive, functions better given that we do have serafuku-esque attires under (casual) already thanks to COVER's naming in Usada Pekora (Casual), as well as being a preexisting descriptive qualifier thanks to Aki.

(new_year)

feels wrong to me somehow, but it seems to match what we've done with Blue Archive and Fire Emblem characters, as well as the New Year tag, so okay.

The BA character qualifiers are just literally what they're called in game, not something we decided on, so I don't think they should be considered as setting any sort of precedent.

Brief update on this - hololive closet updated to feature new acrylic stands, this time based on their New Year's costumes, and it turns out we were prophetic in our choice, because they also went with "New Year".

That's not a typo, "workoutwear" is an actual word, in the same way "sportswear" is.

You're right. I didn't see it spelled that way the first time I Googled it, but now I can see that spelling is actually used in some places.
