deprecate bolt_action_pistol
This tag is not particularly useful, in line with other "overly-specific" deprecated tags. We also use handgun instead of pistol. Furthermore, we do not even use tags with such format *_action_gun. Also, because this is only reserved to two models, the Welrod and B&T VP9.
