Artist alias request thread

BUR #22966 has been approved by @Laudividni.

create alias mamenoco -> namagomi_(op_laaaaw_tan)
create alias noko_(artist) -> namagomi_(op_laaaaw_tan)

Same artist.

Next time you should use topic #7713, you just have to open the topic and, with the topic open, click on "Request alias/implication" to create a request attached to it.

The bulk update request #22966 (forum #267377) has been approved by @Sessyoin_Kiara.
