They are the same person and was a bit of a processing error when I was trying to add the artist's twitter information.

I deleted it but you can do this yourself on the artist entry page next time. If you click on "Edit artist" you should see "Delete" in the bar at the top of the page, next to "History". On that note, please be more careful when creating artist tags, prioritize the most commonly used current name of an artist instead of an username, add all relevant links you can find, and don't use _(pixiv) and _(artist) qualifiers, use usernames as qualifiers or, if if there's no other option, _(pixiv_123...). If you need help creating an artist tag, you can use topic #8199.
