What's the difference between ribbon-trimmed thighhighs and ribbon-trimmed legwear?

Now that it's been pointed out to me, I can't not notice it. I never even knew ribbon-trimmed legwear was a tag until now. But if ribbon-trimmed thighhighs is indeed meant to be a subset of ribbon-trimmed legwear, then by that logic all ribbon-trimmed thighhighs are ribbon-trimmed legwear.

Do we really need to keep the lace_trimemmd_legwear when legwear tags were some of the first to be deprecated the moment the feature was added?

I voted meh because it wasn't killed in topic #21283, but frilled, torn, striped and fishnet legwear were.

Honestly, I don't really care what happens to this legwear tag. Just looking at the first page, I'm seeing a lot of untagged ribbon-trimmed thighhighs. So alternatively, we could just kill ribbon-trimmed legwear here. (And add ribbon trim and thighhighs implications to ribbon-trimmed thighhighs for this idea.)
