The name should be romanized. I think the rest of the name isn't a temporary title, there's even a Pixiv tag for her, so it probably shouldn't be just pengpeng.

Are you kidding? That's obviously an auxiliary and not actually part of her name. Pixiv tags prove nothing, anything can be a tag on pixiv. Plus the tag 朋朋 exists too.
It's common practice for chinese vtubers to add auxiliaries to their account names.

Even though it is one thing, it’s certainly meant to look like something else. This is exactly what suggestive fluid should be used for.
