Tearing down the Danbooru wall (tag)

BUR #21545 has been rejected.

This tag is used indiscriminately whenever a wall happens to be in frame. Even with the big ol' wiki clause saying "don't do specifically that", this isn't exactly surprising. I don't believe this tag has any value, especially when we already have more specific tags in relation to walls (through_wall, brick_wall, against_wall etc.).

I'll deprecate it for now.

Ceiling and floor are similar in that they're usually not meaningful in themselves and they're just an indirect way of saying an image is set indoors.
