Riding dinosaur already implicates riding and dinosaur I can see. Some of these are a bit vague, according to the wiki horseback riding covers characters pretending to be horses and riding animal is anything other than a horse (?) so could include pokemon which should not imply animal.
I feel pretty confident in changing the wiki for riding_animal to exclude horse like creatures as well as adding donkeys and such to both because:

I saw a lot of these (eg riding tiger) were woefully untagged for some reason so got them up to ten so they could be included in the bur. So your list might not be up to date.
