Same artist. The latter is simply an old dead account of the former's. I just dunno if this is the better alias order, because while an inactive username, it seems to be the artist's actual name compared to the one they're currently going by.

Idk if they used mutsumi in the past or their name was wrongly romanized, but I'd name the tag shiroino and add a qualifier. On their Twitch bio they say "名前：白雪睦月（しらゆきむつき）、 シロいの、シロ、しーちゃん、とか呼ばれてます; Name: Mutsuki Shirayuki. Please feel free to call me Shiro or Shiroino". If you choose to do this, the latter tag should be aliased first because its entry is older.

Yeah, I had a feeling it was more complicated than that. I think I'll just do as you suggested, simply because I always knew this artist as "Shiroino". Thanks, I just knew these needed to be aliased together.
