Same artist. This tweet states they had to move accounts and this reply indicates they were hacked on their other account. Going to the account @mikunekii, there's a lot of suspicious crypto tweets in their likes after only liking anime art beforehand. If that's still not convincing enough, you could argue that an artist that has started posting solid art since 2017 would carry over their skills to their alt account created 3 years later, but you don't see that, negsus' quality doesn't match boondraws', there's no reason for them to fake their art prowess.

Someone is gonna have to send both a DM or something given such a bug would be completely bizarre and unheard of, and this is the fourth time they've come up.
