create alias with_eyewear -> bespectacled

for findability

Vague alternate tag name that can be interpreted as "character holding eyewear" or simply "character having eyewear on", instead of just "characters who normally do not wear glasses wear glasses."

The bulk update request #21759 (forum #262169) has been rejected by @uohuo.
