I'm bummed that all but one of the posts for this artist got passed over, especially considering how interesting their art is. One approver thought one of the posts was low quality, but I'd say that's just part of their style. Their works are drawn intentionally rough with limited color and the bulk of the detail given to faces to give a gritty, dark look, prefect for their preferred dark fantasy and cosmic horror. All of their original stuff is like the lovechild of H.R. Giger and Kentaro Miura. I know this kind of stuff isn't for everyone, especially since it isn't traditional anime style, but I still think it's still cool enough to warrant another chance.

I still don't agree with calling them "too sketchy" since it's a facet of their whole indie style, but if they don't appeal to any of the approvers then that's that. Thanks for taking the time to look them over and give feedback.

The artist is the same, the artstyle is the same, quality appears to be the same. Only difference really is the positioning of the character and I think enough changed to justify a child post here. To me it would make most sense if the pair images got approved instead of just one of them.

Just a follow up, still wondering about those 2.

post #6972158 is a direct improvement over the heavily-artifacted version in post #6888042. The latter is approved so I don't understand why my upload wasn't.
Especially since I mistakenly uploaded another image from that artist at the same time, which was a much lower-quality version that already existed on Danbooru, yet that one was almost immediately approved.
