rename chao -> chao_(kozutya)
Ambiguous with chao_*. They use insults alongside 茶 (cha) on their Pixiv and Pawoo and are simply named 茶 on Twitter. Chao is their Stacc but it's also the name they use on their site, so I believe it's their preferred romanization.

I had already uploaded a pic under the duplicate name by the time I realized.
Then again, I suppose I can just delete the duplicate, since I already put the image in question under the artist's name, though I think aliasing it would be easier since the original entry lacks the Weibo information, which the duplicate does have, in order to prevent a repeat of this mistake.
