If she's named Claire why put the tag as Cleaire?
Is it because of the Twitter ID?
Or did she use Cleaire instead of Claire before?
Though it is just one letter difference but looks just weird :S

I believe that's the case, basically being the previous romanization of her name. You can still find plenty of pages that use Cleaire online, such as Moegirlpedia. It has been a while since the romanization changed to be Claire though, as both she and Nijisanji more broadly use Claire way more these days, maybe it's time we change it.

I'd say the comic. The VTuber's way more well-known at this point. Given the artist behind it is called Yamino, you could probably get away with Sister Claire (Yamino) and potentially also changing the qualifiers for the characters to Yamino.

You should add a sister_claire -> character line to the BUR, since sister_claire is a copytag right now.
