Same artist. Ketsune's nijie account (Front page scat warning) is labeled "けつねまじん", or "ketsune majin". The urls listed only overlap at dlsite, but there are some post overlaps between the two in places like nijie and Pixiv, implying they are separating their nsfw work. This can only be confirmed with saucenao. Examples of overlaps you can put in saucenao would be here, here, and here.

aoi_(6mkyp9tbxaoll6a) is an existing tag with no uploads. aoi_tachi0 is easier to remember and is their twitter username. Danbooru flags aoi_tachi0 for being a duplicate but does not automatically tag the post with aoi_(6mkyp9tbxaoll6a).

@ReinhardtRyder That is because the artist charged their stacc name in the time the tag was made and when actual posts were posted.
The thing to do in the case would be to rename the original tag to have the new stacc (Twitter @) instead of the old one while adding the new link to the tag too.

Adding - before the older link will indicate that it's a dead link too.

Edit: I'll do it myself but do try to learn from this experience.
